Drop in with your tech-related questions the second Thursday of each month from 1-2pm. We don't know all the answers, but we can solve the simple issues or let you know that you have a bigger problem on your hands.

• Libby issues
• Online database navigation
• Documents (Word, PDF, etc)

Some things we can't do:

• Remove malware (virus)
• Remember your email password
• Revive long-gone electronics
