Author Visit: Bob Welch - December 11th at 6:30pm

Bob Welch is the author of more than two dozen books. His newest book is Seven Summers (And a Few Bummers): My adventure hiking the 2,650-mile PCT. Join us to hear about Bob's experience writing the book and hiking the Pacific Crest Trail.

Chair Yoga - Mondays 10am - 11am

Chair Yoga will be hosted on Monday mornings at 10am.  Chair Yoga features 30 minutes of yoga with a chair for support. The second 30 minutes will be light mat yoga. Hosted by the amazing Deanna Hoover. Please bring your own mat and yoga block if you have one. There will be no Chair Yoga on 12/25 or 1/1. The library will be closed.

 

New Adult Book Club December 18th at 5:00pm in-person and via Zoom

This book club is geared toward new adults (18-24), but all adults are welcome! This month we will be chatting about The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett. Email nick@creswell-library.org or call him at the library at 541-895-3053 to join.

 

Boogie's Stitching Library - December 13th at 5:00pm 

Join us for a relaxing evening of cross-stitching and chatting. We will have patterns that can be used in the library so no need to bring your own. Of course, your projects from home are welcome too.

Literary Art: Quilling Part 2 – December 6th at 5:30pm

An art group for adults. This month Cynthia will be teaching a more complicated quilling project. We will be making beautiful poinsettias. This class is designed for people who are familiar with quilling or attended our first quilling class.  We debated hosting a second class in December but decided not to because of the holidays.

 

Kitchen Capers: No Class in December

We will be taking a break from Kitchen Capers during the holiday season. We will be back in January with a class focused on brunch!

 

Coffee and Books - Tuesdays at 11:00am

Join us every Tuesday morning at 11am for coffee and books at our book club. No need to stress about finding the book club book and staying on pace with everyone else. Read what you want at your own speed and share with us when you are ready. Everyone who comes talks about the books they are reading or have recently finished. No pressure to share if you just want to join us to get ideas about new books to read.
