What’s New in March?
Introducing, Full STEAM Ahead! STEAM is short for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Each month, your kids will be able to explore and experiment through creativity. This Even will be on March 16th.
There will also be some fun activities during the Creswell School District's Spring Break. Drop in anytime from March 27th through the 31st and enjoy a Library Scavenger Hunt. There will also be a second LEGO Club on the 30th. Then later that evening, we will have a Pajama Storytime at 6:30pm.

PreK Storytime - Thursdays at 10:00am in the Creswell Library
Join us for fun books, songs, and rhymes!! This storytime is intended for children in preschool but all kids and their families are welcome to join. We shoot for about 30 minutes of fun but sometimes we go a little long and sometimes just a tad short.
Babytime – Tuesdays at 10:00am in the Creswell Library
Join us on Tuesdays for songs, fingerplays, lap bounces, scarves, egg shakers, stories, and bubbles! This storytime is 20 minutes long so we can wrap up before the littlest get too squirmy.
Toddler Toy Time – The third Tuesday of the month at 10:45 am in the Creswell Library
Feel free to come to Baby Storytime and then stay for this fun playtime, or just drop in! We will put out some toys during this 45-minute playtime. Suggested ages 1-3, older siblings welcome.
Pajama Storytime – March 30th at 6:30pm
Come dressed in your pajamas and bring your stuffies for this storytime. We close at 7pm, so we'll make sure it lasts about 20 minutes so you'll have time to check out some books for bedtime.
March Reads for April Book Club - moving to Tuesday
Book Club for Kids will meet to chat about "Frazzled" on 3/1 at 4pm via Zoom. Our next book is "Upside Down Magic". We will chat about this fun fantasy story on 4/4 at 4pm. Starting in April, we will be moving Book Club for Kids to the first Tuesday of every month. Read more about the book from the publisher.
In a world of elite magic academies, weird and wonderful things happen when you’re sent off to public school . . . and put in the Upside-Down Magic class.
It’s never easy when your magic goes wonky.
✮ For Nory, this means that instead of being able to turn into a dragon or a kitten, she turns into both of them at the same time — a dritten.
✮ For Elliott, the simple act of conjuring fire from his fingertips turns into a fully frozen failure.
✮ For Andres, wonky magic means he’s always floating in the air, bouncing off the walls, or sitting on the ceiling.
✮ For Bax, a bad moment of magic will turn him into a . . . actually, he’d rather not talk about that.
Nory, Elliott, Andres, and Bax are just four of the students in Dunwiddle Magic School’s Upside-Down Magic class. In their classroom, lessons are unconventional, students are unpredictable, and magic has a tendency to turn wonky at the worst possible moments. Because it’s always amazing, the trouble a little wonky magic can cause . . .
