What’s New in June?
It's time for our Summer Reading Program! For more information come to the library for the schedule and signup sheets. You can also go online to https://www.creswell-library.org/summer-reading-program-2023 for more information and to sign up online. Did you know that all kids who sign up for the Summer Reading Program get a free book?
Starting June 22, we will be moving Thursday Storytime to Holt Park! Please make sure to bring blankets as the grass can be a bit wet in the morning. If the Air Quality Index (API) reaches 151 or above, we will move Storytime inside for that day.
Toddler Toy Time will be canceled during the summer due to program overlap.

We will not do crafts afterward.
Babytime – Tuesdays at 10:00am in the Creswell Library
Join us on Tuesdays for songs, fingerplays, lap bounces, scarves, egg shakers, stories, and bubbles! This storytime is 20 minutes long so we can wrap up before the littlest get too squirmy.
Pajamarama Storytime – June 13th and 27th at 6:15pm
Come dressed in your pajamas and bring your stuffies for this storytime. This storytime is a fun event for all ages and will have songs, rhymes, and picture books.
May Reads for June Book Club
Book Club for Kids met to chat about "Hoot" on 6/6 at 4pm via Zoom. Our next book is "The Wild Robot". We will chat about this dynamic adventure on 7/5 at 4pm (not July 4th--we will not be open!). Read more about the book from the publisher.
Can a robot survive in the wilderness?
When robot Roz opens her eyes for the first time, she discovers that she is all alone on a remote, wild island. She has no idea how she got there or what her purpose is--but she knows she needs to survive. After battling a violent storm and escaping a vicious bear attack, she realizes that her only hope for survival is to adapt to her surroundings and learn from the island's unwelcoming animal inhabitants.
As Roz slowly befriends the animals, the island starts to feel like home--until, one day, the robot's mysterious past comes back to haunt her.
From bestselling and award-winning author and illustrator Peter Brown comes a heartwarming and action-packed novel about what happens when nature and technology collide.
