Chair Yoga - Mondays 10am - 11am

Chair Yoga will be hosted on Monday mornings at 10am.  Chair Yoga features 30 minutes of yoga with a chair for support. The second 30 minutes will be light mat yoga. Hosted by the amazing Deanna Hoover. Please bring your own mat and yoga block if you have one.

 

New Adult Book Club November 13th at 5:00pm in-person and via Zoom

This book club is geared toward new adults (18-24), but all adults are welcome! This month we will be chatting about The Goblin Emperor by Katherine Addison. Email nick@creswell-library.org or call him at the library at 541-895-3053 to join.

 

Boogie's Stitching Library - November 8th at 5:00pm

Join us for a relaxing evening of cross-stitching and chatting. We will have patterns that can be used in the library so no need to bring your own. Of course, your own projects from home are welcome too.

Literary Art: Junk Journals Part 2 – November 15th at 5:30pm

An art group for adults. This month, stellar library volunteer, Ellie, will continue teaching us how to make Junk Journals. Learn how to bind your own journal by hand, incorporate fabric, magazines, photos, or any other "junk" you have around.

One More Time Marching Band - November 17th at 6:30pm

Join us for a free concert performed by the One More Time Marching Band. You may recognize them from the 4th of July Parade! Snacks, crafts for kids, and our book sale all with live music! This event is for all ages.

 

International Games Month

International Games Day - November 18th drop in from 10am to 4pm.

One of my favorite events! This year we will be celebrating International Games Month on one day only, Saturday, November 18th! We will have board games, card games, video games, and VR! Drop in anytime to join us for fun games throughout the library. This event is for all ages. 

 

Book Sale runs through November 18th

The Friends of the Creswell Library Fall Book Sale has been extended and will now run through November 18th! The sale will be open during library open hours. There will be books, movies, puzzles, and CDs available.

Kitchen Capers: Entertaining - November 21st at 5:00pm

We will be making several smaller things you would expect to prepare when hosting. No need to sign up but it helps us know how many supplies we will need. Contact Nick at nick@creswell-library.org or by calling 541-895-3053.

Coffee and Books - Tuesdays at 11:00am

Join us every Tuesday morning at 11am for coffee and books at our book club. No need to stress about finding the book club book and staying on pace with everyone else. Read what you want at your own speed and share with us when you are ready. Everyone who comes talks about the books they are reading or have recently finished. No pressure to share if you just want to join us to get ideas about new books to read.
