Elyse will be leading a demonstration for seed starting followed by a seed swap! 

Kitchen Capers - Tuesday, 4/8, 5:00pm

Asparagus and peas! Learn the best ways to preserve and prepare these seasonal favorites!

Tech Help Office Hours - Thursday, 4/10, 5:00 - 6:00pm

Do you need help with a new phone? Stuck setting up your email? Can't get your Bluetooth headphones to work? Don't know what Bluetooth is but want to know? Swing by for help with your tech, questions, and problems. We won't be able to help you with everything but we will do our best!

Literary Art: Paper Beads - Wednesday, 4/9, at 5:30pm

An art group for adults to chat and create together. This is as much a social event as it is an art class. We will be making paper beads!

Grownup Games at Blue Valley Bistro - Wednesday, 4/23, 5:30 - 7:30pm

Join us for an evening of board games! We will have all kinds of games to play, from Scrabble, Bananagrams, and Jenga to Catan, Ascension, and Wingspan.  Blue Valley Bistro will have food and drinks for sale but no purchase is required to join in on the fun!  

While everyone is welcome to join us, we hope this event will provide an opportunity for adults of all ages to have some fun. So bring your spouse, friend, partner, boon companion, husband, wife, childhood friend, no friend, or new friend and have some fun playing games!

Shelf Indulgence: Book Club - Monday, 4/28, at 5:00pm at 5:00pm in-person and via Zoom

We select a new book to read each month and we make an effort to read from different genres. We will be reading The City of Dusk by Tara Sim. Email nick@creswell-library.org or call him at the library at 541-895-3053 to join.

Creswell Library Foundation - We need members!

We are looking for new members for the Creswell Public Library Foundation! This foundation is an important fundraising arm of the library and was the original driving force for our little library. But now the foundation is in need of new members. If you are interested in helping our library continue to thrive but aren't able to volunteer more than once or twice a month, this is a great way to help out. Chair Yoga - Mondays 10am - 11am

Please bring 2 beach towels to help support some of our yoga activities.

Chair Yoga, hosted by the amazing Deanna Hoover, will be on Monday mornings at 10am. Chair Yoga features 30 minutes of yoga with a chair for support; the second 30 minutes will be light mat yoga. Please bring your own mat and two yoga blocks if you have them. 

Knitting Group - Every Saturday at 11am

Every Saturday at 11, our local knitting expert, Sandra, is at the library. She can help with pretty much any knitting question you might have, or you can  come in, hang out and work on a project!

Coffee and Books - Tuesdays at 11:00am

Join us every Tuesday morning at 11am for coffee and books at our book club. No need to stress about finding the book club book and staying on pace with everyone else. Read what you want at your own speed and share with us when you are ready. Everyone who comes talks about the books they are reading or have recently finished. No pressure to share if you just want to join us to get ideas about new books to read.

Libby's Skip-the-Line Feature

Have you noticed the new Skip-the-Line feature in Libby? With Skip-the-Line books you can check out high-interest books without having to wait on hold. There is a bit of a catch, though.
